Fallout 3 is helemaal af en onderweg naar de persen. In Fallout 3 begin je in een schuilkelder en moet je vervolgens je verdwenen vader zoeken in de restanten van Washington. Gaanderweg bevind je jezelf tussen mutanten, straling, bendes en geweld.

Fallout 3 ligt op schema voor de geplande release van eind oktober. Bethesda PR gaf echter een heel ander antwoord: "Wij komen erop terug als er meer informatie beschikbaar is".

Fallout 3 wordt op de Playstation 3, Xbox 360 en PC uitgebracht. De release staat gepland voor 31 oktober, Amerika krijgt de game twee dagen eerder op 29 oktober.
