From Software presenteert Armored Core VI - Fires of Rubicon showcase
Voor de gamers onders ons die uitkijken naar de mech-game Armored Core VI - Fires of Rubicon zal er vannacht op 18 augustus om 01:00 lokale tijd (CEST) een showcase gehouden worden door From Software.

Volgens de publisher Bandai Namco zal de presentatie wat meer vertellen over de achtergrond lore, gameplay van missies en PVP-modus.
De showcase is Live te volgen via Youtube en Twitch
Afgelopen december, op The Game Awards, was de eerste aankondiging van deze zesde game uit de serie van From Software, na een afwezigheid van meer dan 11 jaar sinds Armored Core deel V in 2012 is verschenen. Een eerdere storytrailer en gameplaytrailer is afgelopen maand al uitgebracht.
Het introductie-verhaal vertelt het volgende:
"A mysterious new substance was discovered on the remote planet, Rubicon 3. As an energy source, this substance was expected to dramatically advance humanity’s technological and communication capabilities. Instead, it caused a catastrophe that submerged the planet and surrounding stars in flames and storms, forming a Burning Star System.
Almost half a century later, the same substance has resurfaced on Rubicon 3, a planet now contaminated and sealed-off as a result of the catastrophe.
Extra-terrestrial corporations and resistance groups fight for control of the substance. The player infiltrates Rubicon as an independent mercenary and finds themself in a struggle over the substance with the corporations and other factions."
De game belooft "snelle gevechten, diepgaande aanpassingen en spannende gevechten met eindbazen" en verschijnt op 25 augustus voor PS4/PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One en pc (via Steam).
