Warren Spector wil dolgraag Epic Mickey porten
Junction Point Studios-baas Warren Spector wil nog steeds dolgraag een port maken van Epic Mickey op Xbox 360 en PlayStation 3. Dit zei hij in een interview met Game Informer op het Game Developers Conference afgelopen maand.
“I will tell you I desperately want to do it, and other than that I have no comment at this time," zei hij tegen Game Informer. “I just think it would be cool for people to see where the story started, so we’ll see."
De opvolger, Epic Mickey: The Power of Two, is recent aangekondigd voor Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 en Nintendo Wii.
"We sold many millions of copies of Epic Mickey on just the Wii, and being on the Wii was great. It was a perfect way to reintroduce Mickey as a hero in video games," voegde Spector eraan toe.
In een interview met MTV uit 2010 zei Spector ook al dat een HD-port van Epic Mickey volledig de beslissing is van Disney Studios, maar dat verder niets Junction Point Studios tegenhield om deze te maken.
