No Doubt brengt 500e nummer naar Rock Band Store

Sinds de release van Rock Band is de winkel waar je extra nummers kunt downloaden een enorm succes. Zo werd onlangs bekend dat inmiddels het aantal gedownloade nummers de 28 miljoen voorbij is. Vandaag heeft MTV bekend gemaakt dat het totaal aantal nummers dat te downloaden is de 500 zal passeren met dank aan pop-rockband No Doubt. Het album "The Singles 1992-2003" zal vanaf 9 december te downloaden zijn voor Xbox 360-gebruikers en vanaf 11 december voor PS3-gebruikers. Het pakket zal de volgende nummers bevatten, net zoals het album dat in 2003 verscheen:

1. "Just a Girl"
2. "It’s My Life"
3. "Hey Baby"
4. "Bathwater”
5. "Sunday Morning"
6. "Hella Good"
7. "Underneath It All"
8. "Excuse Me Mr.”
9. "Running"
10. "Spiderwebs”
11. "Simple Kind of Life”
12. “Don’t Speak”
13. “Ex-Girlfriend”

De individuele nummers zullen te downloaden zijn voor €1,99 of 160 Microsoft Points, het hele album zal €19,99 gaan kosten, of 1600 Microsoft Points. Paul DeGooyer, Senior Vice President of Electronic Games and Music voor MTV was erg trots op deze prestatie. Volgens hem kan er geen twijfel (lees de Engelse quote voor de pun van de beste man) bestaan dat Rock Band de grootste en meest diverse collectie muzieknummers heeft.
