Call of Duty 4 wordt 1.3

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare mag zich vanaf vandaag vol trots Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 1.3 noemen, tenminste zodra mensen de patch gedownload hebben.

Deze nieuwste patch voor Call of Duty 4 brengt voornamelijk bugfixes met zich mee maar ook een optimalisatie voor de Sniper Rifle op bepaalde afstanden. De patch is slecht 13,87 MB groot en is onder andere bij onderstaande mirrors te vinden:
