GRAW 2 nekt X360-consoles?
Op het officiële forum van Ubisoft zijn er al een behoorlijke aantal klachten binnen.
* But there is a MASSIVE problem with GRAW2!!!This has happened to me AND my friend and MANY, MANY more it seems... we both started playin GRAW2 the day it was released and it worked fine for a few days (playing for a couple of hours a day) then it started to freeze on both SP and MP games.
It gradually got worse and then the 3 red lights appeared!
* First I pay $60+ for a game that locks up CONSTANTLY. But then I come to the website and am insulted by a support page that says it's just my XBOX. Then I find an obscure post here from somebody at UBI that says to contact Technical Support, but there is no obvious way to contact them at the support site.
I wish I had read about the game's issues before I purchased this POS.
* This is what you get when you contact technical support. A bs auto response. If you read my initial complaint at the bottom I addressed their"canned response" before they even sent a reply which clearly shows nobodys home and nobody even read what I posted. It appears that sending them a complaint is the same as sending Fan mail to Elvis Presley.
Het grote aantal reacties impliceert dat het geen toevalligheid is, maar dat het een structureel probleem betreft. Ubisoft is ook met stomheid geslagen, maar heeft wel aangegeven uit te zoeken hoe het komt dat zoveel gamers last hebben van een vastlopende X360-console gevolgd door de drie gevreesde rode LEDs. Op hetzelfde forum van Ubisoft zei HangtownSOG (Community Manager van Ubisoft) het volgende:
Hi everyone. The devs are aware of the issue and we are asking that you contact our Technical Support department, who is now gathering as much information as possible to find out what's going on.Providing them with info on any issue you may have personally experienced will help us to replicate the problem and find a resolution.
