Sita Vermeulen wint SBS6-ijsdansshow
Zangeres Sita Vermeulen is zaterdagavond winnaar geworden van het televisieprogramma Sterren Dansen op het IJs. Sita won de finale van deze SBS6-show en is daarmee de opvolger van Hein Vergeer. Deze ex-schaatser was verleden jaar de winnaar van het ijsdansprogramma.Net als vorig jaar zond RTL4 in dezelfde periode een ijsdansprogramma (Dancing on Ice) uit. Dat programma, waarin ook bekende Nederlanders hun schaatskunsten vertonen, beleeft woensdag zijn finale.
Aanvankelijk was de RTL-variant ook op vrij- en zaterdagen te zien. Maar omdat de SBS6-show beter werd bekeken week RTL uit naar de woensdagavond. De door Gerard Joling en Nance gepresenteerde SBS-show werd daardoor de winnaar van de zogenoemde ijsdansoorlog.
