Lara Croft komt naar Xperia Play

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light verschijnt in november voor de Xperia Play, zo heeft Ben Cusack, head of mobile device van Square Enix Europa bekendgemaakt.

Sony Ericsson kondigde vandaag aan dat het bedrijf een samenwerkingsverband met Square Enix is gestart. Dankzij deze samenwerking komen verschillende grote titels richting de Android-markt van Xperia Play. Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light zal het spits afbijten. "This is just the start of what we plan to do together," aldus Cusack, "but right now, we are delighted to be able to show off the full potential of our games with this innovative smartphone, bringing them to life as our creators intended."

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light verscheen vorig jaar voor Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Windows en iOS. Dit is de eerste keer dat het spel voor een Android-toestel verschijnt.
