Europa krijgt eerste game-museum

Europa krijgt binnenkort een eigen game-museum. Tijdens de Italian Videogames Developer Conference in december zal het museum officieel onthuld worden. Het museum zal ViGaMus gaan heten en is te vinden in de buurt van het Piazza Mazzini in hartje Rome. Opleverdatum is in 2011.

Het museum wordt beschreven als een centrum om de evolutie te tonen van de kunst, cultuur en technologie in de geschiedenis van de videogames. Zowel het verleden, heden als toekomst zullen terug te vinden zijn in het Romeinse paleis. 

IVDC president Marco Accordi Rickards vertelt meer over Italië en de band met games.
