Softwareverkopen Japan: Monster Hunter ruim aan de leiding

Monster Hunter Tri voor de Wii heeft een goede lancering beleefd in Japan. In de eerste week ging de game ruim een half miljoen keer over de toonbank en bezet daardoor de eerste plek in de verkooplijsten. Grote verrassing in de top-10 is waarschijnlijk Gears of War 2 op de zesde plek. Hoewel shooters niet heel populair zijn in Japan en de Xbox 360 niet de populairste console is, ging de game toch 49.000 keer over de toonbank in zijn launchweek.
