Komt er dan toch een Apple Handheld?

Er zijn al langer geruchten dat Apple zich in de handheld markt zou willen storten. Dit vermoeden wordt versterkt door een patent dat is ingedient door Apple.

In het patent, dat 5 februari is aangevraagd, will Apple zijn trademark uitbreiden met het volgende:

"Toys, games and playthings, namely, hand-held units for playing electronic games; hand-held units for playing video games; stand alone video game machines; electronic games other than those adapted for use with television receivers only; LCD game machines; electronic educational game machines; toys, namely battery-powered computer games "

Na de MP3 markt te hebben veroverd met de Ipod, en een goede stap te hebben gezet in de telefoonie met de Iphone, lijkt Apple nu ook de handheld markt te willen bestormen.
